CHALLENGE
A popular Southern California fast-casual restaurant preparing to expand to 100 locations needed a completely new customer experience and branded environment that could scale while differentiating the brand in a crowded market.
APPROACH
A full brand ecosystem was created, including identity, color palette, brand guidelines, custom tile patterns and wall graphics, menus, packaging, uniforms, signage, and environmental design. A flagship restaurant experience was fabricated and served as the blueprint for future locations.
OUTCOME
The Santa Barbara flagship delivered immediate gains in street visibility and profitability, while establishing a cohesive, scalable brand system that supported rapid expansion plans for 100 stores.
