The brand needed to reposition in a crowded skincare market and appeal to global audiences while launching new products across the U.S. and Europe. The experience had to feel premium, cohesive, and culturally relevant across packaging, print, e-commerce, digital, and video touchpoints.
APPROACH
Executed a full rebrand from strategy through launch—developing elevated packaging and unboxing, formulating skincare products, producing product photography, designing a multi-market e-commerce site, directing end-to-end instructional video production, including concepting, storyboarding, casting, location scouting, bilingual voiceover direction, and final post-production.
OUTCOME
Delivered a unified, premium brand experience that successfully launched across multiple international markets. The cohesive system elevated brand perception, supported product expansion, and enabled scalable global growth across Amazon, e-commerce, and video channels.
