CHALLENGE
PODS™ needed a compelling rebrand and launch strategy for a new on-demand vending platform designed for nightlife and hospitality venues. The brand had to clearly communicate innovation, convenience, and profitability—while appealing to both venue owners and end users within a very small 4 sq. ft. physical footprint.

I led the full brand creation and launch, developing the visual identity and positioning for PODS™. The system was designed to feel modern, tech-forward, and premium, with clear messaging around efficiency, ease of use, and revenue potential for bars, restaurants, and nightclubs.

PODS™ launched as a distinctive, scalable vending platform that stood out in the hospitality and on-demand retail space. The cohesive branding helped position the product as a smart, space-saving solution that could seamlessly integrate into venues while delivering high customer engagement and operational value.
